Davide Gentile

After graduating at the Milano Film School, Davide went on to join Mercurio Film in Milano and decided that his place was behind a camera. He moved to New York City and then to London where he began working on documentaries and commercials. Davide likes to film stories where he can shape people to capture wit and fragments of life. Always looking to find magic in combing performance and storytelling. In 2015 he won second prize at the 2015 Young Directors Awards in Cannes for Bose "Music Is My Language." In 2016 he won the gold at the 2016 Young Director Awards in Cannes for his short film "Food for Thought".
